1. Refund of Payment
a. Refund for DMIT report fees
a.1. In case, refund is requested before generation of DMIT Report
If refund requeste is raised within 24 hrs of payment, then refund will be inatiated immediatly without asking any question with deduction of processing fees Rs 400/- irrespective of report amount.
a.2. In case refund is requested after genration of DMIT Report
After report genration, no refund request will be accepted oon any condition.
b. Refund for Scanning Expret Appointmet Fees
b.1. In case, refund reuested before appointment of Expert.
100 % refund without question asked.
b.2. In case, Scanning Expert Appointed & no consulting call recived.
20% processing fees will be deducted.
b.3. After Scanning Expert Cousultin /Counsling call
No refund request will be processed.
c. Refund for DMIT Report Conselling Appointmet Fees
c.1. In case, refund reuested before appointment of Expert.
100 % refund without question asked.
c.2. In case, Scanning Expert Appointed & no consulting call recived.
20% processing fees will be deducted.
c.3. After Scanning Expert Cousulting /Counsling call
No refund request will be processed.
You are required to mail on refund@dmit.online within 7 days of application & before generation of report, valid request of refund will be processed with 7 working days from date of approval.
